Yes. USB keyboards and mice are usable.

Does ScummVMx have commandline support?
Yes. You can easily run ScummVMx from EvolutionX by adding it to your evox.ini file, just like any other program. You can also run a particular game via EvolutionX by giving ScummVMx extra launch parameters like this:
Item "ScummVMx - Day of the Tentacle", "e:\scummvmx\default.xbe",ID_CMD,"-gadvmame2x tentacle"where 'tentacle' is the name of the game you're previously added.
'-gadvmame2x' is an option to set the gfx mode to advmame2x

Why doesn't my game work with ScummVMx?
You may not be loading it properly, or it simply may not work with ScummVM. Check the current compatibility listing.
My game has audio/video glitches or freezes altogether! Why?
It happens. Some games don't work to the fullest extent, yet. ScummVM is in active development, and your issue may be solved soon. Again, check the compatibility page to see your game's status. Often, the glitches don't happen again in the same place (which, unfortunately, makes them hard to track down). So play a little and save often (using the White Button).

Where can I download games to play with ScummVMx?
"You can hack it, though guy." (Maureen) Seriously, though... that's piracy... even though the games are old. I've seen Full Throttle and Sam & Max at a few Software, Etc. stores for cheap.
How can I restart ScummVMx?
Hit L Trigger + R Trigger + Back.
Can I turn off subtitles?
Yes. Hit the White Button, and go to Options... and toggle the the subtitles option.
